Description

This is an overview of one church’s goals and what we do to minister to and grow the faith of youth (middle and high schoolers).  We are a downtown church in a midsize city with 13 different school districts in our church.  Sunday School, youth group every Sunday, and youth choirs stopped working for us over 10 years ago.  We have tried many things, some work and some don’t but this is what our year looks like with a “less is more” ministry model.  We wanted to offer this up for other folks looking to try something different.  Is this is silver bullet to grow your youth ministry? Nope! Will we change again in our church?  Absolutely!  However, after trying, failing, and succeeding, I wanted to share with others what is working for us right now.
