Justice Camp is a 4-day camp experience, though it could be used as a weekly series. It is designed for elementary school-aged children with youth and adult volunteers. Justice Camp’s daily themes are anti-racism, immigration, climate justice, and food justice. This resource includes ideas for each day like scripture, songs, snacks, stories, service projects, games, and more. This resource also includes guides for logistics, goals, and ideas so that you can adapt creatively to fit your context. This resource has been updated in July 2023 to reflect one church’s evaluation and lived experience putting the camp on… spoiler alert, it was awesome!
Parent Review – “Justice Camp gave our boys a chance to consider what’s fair and to figure out ways to fix what’s not. Age-appropriate activities encouraged empathy, offered meaningful connections for understanding, and allowed opportunities to advocate for change. Our family is grateful for a camp curriculum that fostered conscience and sparked conversation at home!”
